Terms of Service

These terms govern the provision of domiciliary care services by Sunrise Care Services.

1. Our Services

Sunrise Care Services provides domiciliary care services including personal care, companionship, medication support, and other services as agreed in your individual care plan.

2. Care Agreement

Before services begin, we will conduct an assessment and agree a care plan with you. This forms part of our service agreement and includes:

  • Your care needs and preferences
  • Visit times and duration
  • Tasks to be carried out
  • Costs and payment terms

3. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Providing trained, DBS-checked care workers
  • Delivering care as specified in your care plan
  • Maintaining CQC registration and standards
  • Keeping accurate records of care provided
  • Responding to concerns promptly
  • Protecting your personal information

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your care needs
  • Allow safe access for care workers
  • Inform us of any changes to your needs or circumstances
  • Pay invoices within the agreed timeframe
  • Treat our staff with respect

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees are agreed before services begin and detailed in your care agreement. We will give at least 4 weeks' notice of any fee changes. Invoices are issued weekly/monthly and payment is due within 14 days.

6. Cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a visit. Visits cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.

7. Changes to Care

We will review your care plan regularly. If your needs change, we will update your care plan and adjust services accordingly.

8. Ending Services

Either party may end the care agreement with 2 weeks' written notice. In urgent circumstances (e.g., hospital admission), we understand immediate notice may not be possible.

9. Complaints

If you're unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately. We have a formal complaints procedure and aim to resolve issues promptly. You may also contact the CQC.

10. Insurance

We hold appropriate liability insurance for the services we provide.
