Built from real-world care experience
Carionex was born from years of real-world experience within the UK health and social care sector. Long before the company was formally established, we recognised the growing need for a more connected and efficient way to manage domiciliary care.
Working alongside care professionals exposed us to common challenges faced by providers — fragmented systems, increasing compliance demands, time-consuming administration, and communication gaps between carers, offices, clients, and families.
These experiences inspired the vision for Carionex: a modern platform designed to bridge those gaps and help care providers deliver outstanding, person-centred care with confidence.
Over time, that vision evolved into a comprehensive solution bringing together scheduling, electronic care records, medication management, payroll, invoicing, compliance, and communication tools within one secure platform.
Today, Carionex continues to be shaped by practical care experience and feedback from those working on the front line of health and social care.
