Carers are hands-on all day, and typing detailed notes on a phone isn't always practical. AI voice support — currently in development — will let carers speak their care notes and updates and have them captured accurately, so records are richer and faster to complete.
For coordinators, voice-driven admin will make it quicker to check the rota, look up a client and handle routine tasks without stopping to type. We're building it thoughtfully, with the same privacy and accuracy standards as the rest of Carionex.
