Dashboard

Your daily landing page. It summarises today's visits, outstanding alerts, staff on shift, and key compliance and finance figures so you can see the state of your organisation at a glance.

Where to find it: Overview → Dashboard (the home icon at the top of the sidebar)

Get your bearings each morning

1. Open the dashboard from the top of the left sidebar.
2. Scan the summary cards for today's visit count, unfilled visits, and active alerts.
3. Click any card or alert to jump straight to the relevant module.

Navigate the dashboard

1. The left sidebar groups every module (Care Management, Staff, Finance, etc.).
2. Click a group heading to expand or collapse it.
3. On a phone or tablet, tap the menu icon (top-left) to open the sidebar.

Tips & good to know

• What you can see depends on your role. If a module is missing from your sidebar, your administrator has not granted you access to it.
