Staff Messages

Messaging between the office and carers (who use the mobile app), including direct chats, groups and broadcasts to all staff.

Where to find it: Communications → Staff Messages

Message a carer directly

1. Go to Communications → Staff Messages and open the Direct tab.
2. Select the carer, type your message and send.

Send a broadcast to all staff

1. Open the Broadcast tab.
2. Write your message and choose all carers or a selection.
3. Send — it lands in each carer's office conversation with a push notification.

Create a group

1. Open the Groups tab and create a group.
2. Add the carers who should be members.
3. Messages in the group reach all members.
