Schedule a visit

  1. Go to Care Management → Visit Scheduling.
  2. Choose the week and the client or carer you want to schedule.
  3. Create a visit, set the date, start and end time, and assign a carer.
  4. Save — the visit appears on the assigned carer's mobile app.

Set up a two-carer (double-up) visit

  1. Create or open a visit and mark it as requiring two carers.
  2. Assign both a lead and a support carer.
  3. On the mobile app each carer picks their role at clock-in; the visit completes only when both have clocked out.

Tips & good to know

  • Staff photos and initials show on the rota columns so you can scan assignments quickly.
  • Watch for unfilled visits highlighted on the rota and reassign them before the day begins.
